PGA REACH Philadelphia is a 501(c)3 nonprofit founded in 2018 as the charitable arm of the Philadelphia PGA Section, one of the 41 Sections within the PGA of America. PGA REACH Philadelphia is committed to serving our communities and growing the game of golf through our three pillars- Youth, Military, and Diversity & Inclusion.
Impacting communities and enriching lives through the game of golf by supporting and delivering programs that focus on personal development and sportsmanship with an emphasis on youth, military, and diversity.
The youth pillar serves local youth by providing programs that support positive life/skill development and opportunities to learn and play the game. Currently PGA REACH Philadelphia has PGA Jr. League, and Golf in Schools Program as programs helping impact lives through golf.
The Philadelphia PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) Program is a FREE 5-week golf program for military veterans. The lifetime sport of golf has proven to be an excellent activity for competition and rehabilitation, while helping Military Veterans to reconnect with their community through the social opportunities that the game provides. The program includes 5 golf lessons/clinics with instruction from certified PGA Professional.
