PGA REACH Nebraska is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization and philanthropic arm of the Nebraska PGA Section, one of the 41 sections in the PGA of America. Our members from across the entire State of Nebraska, western fifth of Iowa and a small portion of South Dakota including Dakota Dunes and Yankton, are committed to serving our communities and growing the game of golf through our three pillars- Youth, Military, and Inclusion.
PGA Jr. League is a fun, social, and inclusive opportunity for boys and girls, ages 17 & under, to enjoy the game of golf. Like other recreational youth sports, participants wear numbered jerseys and play on teams with friends. Our Nebraska PGA Professionals captain teams in a popular two-person scramble format which reinforces the team concept and creates a nurturing environment for learning the game of golf. More than 350 juniors across the Nebraska PGA Section participate in this entry point to the game.
The Golf-N-Schools program uses Starting New At Golf (SNAG) equipment to introduce golf to students. SNAG has a curriculum that meets national physical education standards with golf equipment that is safe and developmentally appropriate. With PGA Professionals training PE teachers, and our Foundation providing the equipment, we can make golf a key component of our elementary and middle school curriculum. There are currently over 125 Schools in the Nebraska Section PGA that participate.
PGA HOPE Nebraska (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) is an adaptive golf program offered by our PGA Professionals as a rehabilitation tool to improve our Veterans’ quality of life by enhancing their mental, social, physical, and emotional well-being. There is NO COST to our Veterans. With your support, we serve our Veterans with an emphasis on helping those with physical and emotional disabilities that would most benefit from our initiative.

Clubs FORE Youth is an initiative founded by the Southern California Section PGA to provide high school-aged girls (14-18) with the necessary golf equipment and resources needed to compete and experience the game’s most important characteristics. Through the game of golf, each female scholar-athlete will be exposed to a unique skill set that will broaden their career options in the future. In addition, to acquiring important life and social skills, these female scholar-athletes will build self-esteem through daily interactions with their High School Coaches and teammates and empower them to be the leaders of tomorrow.
PGA REACH Nebraska partners with the NorthStar Foundation, Girls Inc. of Omaha and Boys & Girls Club. This group of diverse young athletes is provided the opportunity to learn about golf from PGA Professionals. The focus of this program is to instill a love for the game and give them the knowledge and desire to continue playing long after the class concludes. Strategic games, near golf experiences, equipment, and exercises will keep kids entertained and having fun while also instilling fundamental golf movements.
